Firstly, I am sorry for the delay in getting out this blogtour, sadly, I had family situations. I fully enjoyed this book, a lovely romance that had an element of soul mates that never quite get there and will they? 10 years on after they last saw each other. Lexi Hadely had been bullied at school and had an incredible crush on Bryce Silver. The story is told from both Bryce and Lexi’s perspectives when they were 16, 18 and 28. At 28 the attraction and resentment is still undeniable. Lexi’s pen name for her erotic books is Brice Silver, just to annoy the real Brice. Its a wonderfully written book which I found fresh and engaging from page to page. I did have one small irk, and as I promise to be honest, I have to say for me there was an overuse of the Eye Rolling here there and everywhere. Sorry, other than that I am glad I got to meet these characters. The Silver Blooms Flower Shop is a wonderful light read about two insecure characters, Silver Blooms is a place they crossed paths outside of school, as it was Bryce’s Aunt Lucy’s shop where he used to live and Lexi used to work. I loved that there was a Fiona as a character. It’s a 5 Star read.
