An adorable and uplifting story.
You are transported to beautiful Dorset, and here we get to meet some lovely characters and community.
Nellie has a difficult time, however fate steps in and a new life awaits her, complete with old friends and a new pet! Transported back to her childhood happy place, it was wonderful to see her reconnect to the area she once loved so much as a child.
A glorious page turner of a book, the humour that I have come to expect from Kim was very much present, as was the adorable dog and friendly community. It was a pleasure to spend time in Dorset, I do hope we will be returning here again in another book.
Reading one of Kim Nash’s books is like sharing a bottle of wine and a gossip with your friends. She has such an easy writing style and the characters are so refreshingly natural and relatable. I’ve read all her books and love how she laces her story with strong friendships, hope, laughter and emotion, not to mention the gorgeous scenery. Nell, Shivani and Jack are such warm, loveable characters and I definitely want to go to Muddleford Cove! – Karen Spicer King
