My Review for the #tbatc blogtour for Love’s A Witch by Tricia O’Malley

My Review:

I am absolutely thrilled to have a space on the blogtour for Love’s a Witch, I literally whooped when I got the confirmation. The blurb called to me and I just had to read this book with the very purple cover.
Sloane and her witchy sisters return to Briarhaven in Scotland to break a long standing family curse.
On arrival they are stopped by the gorgeous Knox Douglas, and asked to leave again, bad weather and negativity follow them. I love the magical names of the local shops.
When Sloane turns 25 her magic is due to open up and there’s buzz around what it might be. What she discovers is fun for the reader. The story is told from Knox and Sloane’s perspective.
Some family secrets are uncovered surrounding the sisters mother.
Ah, there are magical creatures and elements. The MacGregor sisters’ banter is fun and endearing.
I found myself spellbound and dying to know what happens with the sizzling energy between Knox and Sloane.
A fun, magical read with a beautiful family bond, laugh out loud moments and sizzling lust.
It’s got the right about of adolescence and maturity to give it a magical Gilmore Girls feel. Sexy and sassy. Recommended,5-star story telling. I wonder if I can magic up my own Knox?

She’s hexed. He’s vexed. And for Scotland’s most magical small-town, their feud might just spell disaster.

Sloane MacGregor swore she’d never return to Briarhaven, but with her twenty-fifth birthday looming – the day witches come into their magic – her grandmother summons her and her sisters back for one tiny task: break the centuries-old curse haunting their bloodline.

Knox Douglas, Briarhaven’s grumpy mayor, has worked tirelessly to make his town a haven for magical folk. The last thing he needs is a cursed MacGregor wreaking havoc. It doesn’t matter he once crushed on her. For the sake of Briarhaven, Sloane has to go.

But magic has other plans – and in Briarhaven, love really is a witch.
