Love, love, loved Cosy Cat Café. I fell into the story with ease, it’s enjoyable, flows at a great pace and I give it 5 stars. We follow Tori’s journey after a year abroad, dumped and downtrodden she returns home to the safety of her mum Joyce’s home and café.

Keen to help her daughter live her dreams, whatever they may be, you can see the love between then rise from the pages. Throw in her beloved cat Ernie the ginger Maine Coon and her best friend Rose and Tori is on the road to recovery. Sworn off men and wondering where her future might lead her.

We meet Grace the vet, Leo who helps rescue a cat and a number of others, including Vicious Violet and some jealous friends, influencers, rescue kittens etc.

About the Author

With a degree in English and American Literature, Julie Haworth worked as an English teacher for a number of years, specialising in working with learners with literacy difficulties, before launching her own freelance copywriting business. She is  a member of the Romantic Novelists’ Association, and her debut novel, Always By Your Side, which she wrote whilst recovering from Covid in 2020, won the Katie Fforde Debut Romantic Novel Award in 2023.
